Shipping Policy (The Second Look)

Where we ship: We ship within the United States and internationally.

Processing time: Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping rates & free shipping:

• Free shipping on orders over $150 (before taxes, after discounts) for U.S. orders.

• All other shipping costs (including international) are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size/weight.

Estimated delivery: Delivery times vary by location and carrier; you’ll see an estimate at checkout when available.

Tracking: Tracking is provided when available and sent by email once your order ships.

Customs & import fees (international): International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in your checkout total.

Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee to reship it.

Shipping delays: Carrier delays (weather, holidays, high-volume periods) can happen and are outside our control.
